Standard Shipping Policy
All continental US packages are shipped by our chosen carrier, USPS.
Standard shipping options are delivered by USPS. Marie Kirk LA is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by the carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information for all shipments. If a package is considered lost or damaged please contact [email protected] within 10 business days from the last scanned date.
Undeliverable addresses include: incorrect/insufficient address, missing P.O. box numbers, refused, or return to sender. Marie Kirk LA is not liable for any stolen, lost, or damaged packages; and any return packages due to incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses, or return to sender. Marie Kirk LA has the right to charge an additional fee for any reshipments regarding lost packages or packages returned back to the fulfillment facility.
All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping address. Any requests for address or order changes will be considered but not guaranteed.

Order Cancellation & Changes
All orders once placed are finalized and products are not able to edited or changed. Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. Your order will begin processing once you receive your order confirmation by email, at this point your order cannot be cancelled. Where do you currently ship?
Currently we ship to the US. However, we are expanding soon so check back for updates!
Is pick-up option available?
Currently we do not offer pick-up services.
